- Only your Certified Divorce Financial Analyst has access to your private information and financials provided.
Your Divorce™ app restricts access to your personal information to your Certified Divorce Financial Analyst only. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information. Conversation threads can only be viewed and accessed by those participating in the thread. For conversations within Your Divorce app with outside professionals (our realtors, mortgage loan originators, attorneys etc), separate and private threads are created with you.
Computer security measures have been instituted where applicable including passwords, backups, and encryption. We will retain electronic records for at least 3 years, or as otherwise required by applicable state or federal law. We do not keep hard copies.
